Refund policy

1. General

Capture Kings OG sells exclusively digital products (guitar amp and effect captures) for the Neural DSP Quad Cortex. As all products are digital content, specific legal conditions apply regarding the right of withdrawal.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with § 18 para. 1 no. 11 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (FAGG) and Art. 16 lit. m of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content expires once the execution of the contract has begun, provided that the consumer has expressly agreed in advance that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of execution.

As all products offered by Capture Kings OG are provided exclusively as digital content, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is excluded once the product has been assigned to the customer's Quad Cortex account.

The customer expressly agrees to this exclusion during the checkout process, prior to completing the purchase.

3. No Refunds

As the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with the legal provisions stated above, no refunds will be granted once the product has been assigned to the customer's Quad Cortex account.

4. Technical Issues

Should a purchased product be unusable due to a technical error attributable to Capture Kings OG, customers are asked to contact us promptly at office@capture-kings.com. Such cases will be reviewed individually.
