How to Get Your Captures

Quick & easy — just follow these steps after your order 🎸

    Enter your QC username at checkout

    When placing your order, please add your Cortex Cloud username in the order notes so we can find your account. Enter it exactly as it appears — including capital letters, special characters, and any symbols.

    ⚠  Double-check the spelling — it must be exact

    Follow CaptureKings on Cortex Cloud

    Open the Cortex Cloud app on your device and make sure you are following CaptureKings.

    Accept the friend connection

    We will add you on the app. To allow us to send your captures, please follow us back so we are connected. This step is required before any captures can be shared.

  • 4

    Receive your captures

    Once we're connected, we'll share all captures from your purchase directly to your account through the Cortex Cloud.

Delivery time: 48–72 hours

Often it's faster — sometimes even the same day. Since each order is shared manually, it can occasionally take a little longer. We appreciate your patience!
